In response to Covid 19, we contacted Dementia Care Homes & local Communities across South & South West Wales, to talk with older people about their favourite walks. We followed in their footsteps, collating audio sound banks of the places they missed the most. We edited these into a beautiful collection of Nature Narratives & digitally streamed them back into the care homes, enabling older people to connect with a deeper sense of identity through the places they love. Mewn ymateb i Covid-19, cysylltom â Chartrefi Gofal Dementia a Chymunedau lleol ar draws De a De Orllewin Cymru, i siarad â phobl hŷn am eu hoff wâcs. Dilynom eu hôl troed, a choladu banciau sain clywedol o'r lleoedd roedden nhw'n eu colli fwyaf. Golygom y rhain i greu casgliad hardd o Naratifau Natur, a'u ffrydio nôl yn ddigidol i'w cartrefi gofal, gan alluogi pobl hŷn i ymgysylltu’n ddyfnach â’u hunaniaeth drwy'r lleoedd maen nhw'n eu caru. Ac yn nawr, estynnwn wahoddiad i chi ymuno â ni yn ein Harddangosfeydd Ar-lein. Rhowch wybod pa un yw eich ffefryn.
