WALK 19 Llanstephan with Bob / CERDDED 19 Llansteffan gyda Bob
''I live in Pontarddulais on the border with Carmarthen. I'm very fortunate in that I have a lot of very fine walks near where I live. One of my favourites is Llanstephan, probably because it's not too touristy and there are some lovely walks there. My favourite is to park in the car park next to the beach, then go onto the beach and turn right towards the sea. Follow the sand and the beach around, enjoy the sea birds, waders, oystercatchers. See the train going across from Ferryside, across the estuary. Keep going until you see a road, a little lane going up to the right. Walk up there a short while and you'll see, on the right again, a small path that takes you right back to where you started, but you can go via the Castle. If you go to the Castle, short walk there, down to the car park, fish and chips or coffee, then go home. A lovely day out.'' - Bob

''Dwi'n byw ym Mhontarddulais ar y ffin gyda Sir Gâr. Dwi'n lwcus iawn am fod gen i lawer o wâcs da yn agos i ble dwi'n byw. Un o'm ffefrynnau yw Llansteffan, am nad yw'n rhy dwristaidd mae'n debyg, ac mae wâcs hyfryd yno. Fy hoff un yw parcio yn y maes parcio ger y traeth, mynd ar y traeth a throi i'r dde i gyfeiriad y môr. Cerddwch ar hyd y tywod a'r traeth, a mwynhau'r adar môr – yr adar hirgoes, a phiod y môr. Gwyliwch y trên yn croesi o Lanyfferi, ar draws y foryd. Cadwch i fynd nes i chi weld ffordd, lôn fach sy'n mynd i fyny i'r dde. Cerddwch am ychydig a byddwch yn gweld llwybr bach, ar y dde eto, sy'n eich arwain nôl i'ch man cychwyn, ond gallech fynd heibio i'r Castell. Os ewch i'r Castell, mae'n wâc fer i fynd yno, ac wedyn lawr i’r maes parcio, pysgod a sglodion neu goffi, yna adref. Diwrnod allan hyfryd." - Bob
